BULK AND BRUSH CLEANUP

Our next scheduled City Bulk Cleanup is the week of September 15th. Please do not put your cleanup out until Sunday 9/14. Do this for your neighbor(s) who are trying to sell their homes and "your" cleanup is a detriment to the community if put out too early.

MOVING INTO FALL........

There have been some queries on the status of the grass in this high heat time of summer. Please note that our landscaper will be cutting, thatching and planting new grass for the winter months soon. We have spent a lot of $$ on watering this year and our Board knows that some of the homeowners are not happy with their lawns. Keep in mind that you can always xeriscape your front area and receive a $500 check to help fund that project from the HOA.  All plans including plants need to be approved - please see the Rules section of the website for more information.

MISSION SANTA FE

POOL/TENNIS/PICKLEBALL GATES

1. Gates CANNOT be propped open or left unlocked at any time, they must be closed/locked at all times. (per the county rules) This can result in the gates being locked, the pool closed by the county, & a hefty fine.

2. Only MSF owners should have access to the courts/pool. If they need a key, then they need to reach out for one.

3. Any guests must be accompanied by a MISSION SANTA FE owner at all times when using the amenities.

4. Make sure to turn off all of the lights when leaving the areas.
